
Join us for our SECOND community meditation session Tuesday November 1st at 6:30 PM. No experience necessary!
What to expect?
Please arrive by 6:30 PM and find a comfortable seat. The session will begin with a short introduction, breathing exercise, and a few light movements to help you ease into a relaxed meditation practice. The practice will end at 7:15 PM with tea and conversation until 7:30 PM.
This event is free and open to the public, requires no meditation experience, and inviting your friends, colleagues and neighbors is encouraged.
